What we collect

An anonymous session identifier — a random value generated in your browser. It is not tied to your name, email, or any account.
Anonymous funnel events: the page or step you reached, a timestamp, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed.
Early-access form details — but only if you submit the form: your email address, business name, primary order channel, and monthly order range.

What we never store

Pasted conversations and uploaded screenshots are processed only to generate your order draft, then discarded. They are never written to the database, never logged, and never attached to analytics events. Do not paste card details or personal details the order does not need.

Where data lives and who processes it

This site runs on Cloudflare. Anonymous events and early-access submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database. To produce an order draft, your pasted message or screenshot is sent to an AI provider solely to extract the order fields; CakeBrief itself does not keep the raw content. We do not set our own advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data.

Retention and your choices

Early-access submissions are kept for the duration of the validation project so we can contact you. Anonymous events are kept to measure the funnel. To review or delete what you submitted, email hello@cakebrief.app from the address you used.
